Cancellation Policy

At KENDIski, we understand that customers may change their minds after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within a limited time after placing it:

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched
  2. Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Phone number or email used at checkout

Cancellation requests can be made via:

  1. Email
  2. Phone
  3. Website support

3. Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved:

  1. A full refund will be processed if payment was already made
  2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Paystack or other applicable channels)
  3. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order cannot be cancelled if:

  1. It has already been processed or dispatched
  2. It is out for delivery
  3. It is a same-day express delivery order already assigned to a rider or courier

In such cases, you may instead refer to our Return Policy after receiving the item.

5. Same-Day Delivery Orders

Due to fast processing times for Nairobi express deliveries:

  1. Cancellation is only possible if requested immediately after placing the order
  2. Once a rider has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible

6. Refunds for Cancellations

If eligible for a refund:

  1. Refunds will be processed after confirmation of cancellation
  2. Refund timelines depend on the payment provider (e.g., Paystack or bank processing times)

7. Refused or Failed Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior cancellation approval:

  1. Shipping fees may be deducted from any refund
  2. Repeated refusal may affect future order eligibility
