3. Non-Returnable Items

  3. Clearance or final sale items (if clearly indicated at purchase)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  4. Return the item as instructed

All returned items will be inspected before approval of any refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item)
  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  3. KENDIski is not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  2. Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
  3. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit

7. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer exchanges depending on stock availability and item condition.

Exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the returned item.
